첫째, 청결 빈도: 1.생산 전, 생산 후 기 계 를 깨끗이 소독 해 야 한다.품종, 규격, 번 호 를 바 꿀 때 는 반드시 깨끗이 씻 어야 한다.설 비 를 수리 한 후 에는 반드시 철저하게 청결 하고 소독 해 야 한다.

둘째, 세제 와 소독 제: 식수, 정제 수, 에탄 올 75%.

셋째, 청결 방법 과 소독 방법 이다.
